I cheated and used a non sweet Parma violet gin ( full gin strength) and omitted the sugar element altogether – then I tried it with a Parma violet gin liqueur / London dry gin and lemon juice. Both made for interesting drinks. Preferred the first.— Nellie Martini (@MartiniNellie) September 3, 2020
